Cancellation Policy Cancellations by Participants: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the course start date will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations by Organizer: If the course is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund. 3. Rescheduling Policy Organizer-Initiated Rescheduling: If a session must be rescheduled by us, participants will be notified promptly, and the session will be rearranged at a following. date at the same time. 4. Liability Disclaimer The information and advice provided during this course are of educational nature and do not represent treatment or therapy and thus cannot be used as a substitute for those. The practice will be guided and also rehearsed by the students on their own. For correct application and the results of the training the students are responsible and cannot hold Yoga Science academy accountable for any outcomes. Though Yogic practice are powerful and transformative in nature, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. It largely depends on your preconditions, the intensity and frequency of your application, nutrition and lifestyle how fast you can reap the benefits. Thus, we take no responsibility in any effects of the training. No liability will be accepted if participants fail to adhere to the instructions provided during the course or if they combine drugs or techniques additionally. We cannot surveil your everyday lifestyle. All applications and results of those will be your own responsibility. Participants cannot make any legal claims regarding the effects or outcomes of the course. 5.
