Pranayama Foundation Training - 30 Hrs

The Pranayama Foundation Training provides a holistic framework for both beginners and advanced practitioners to deepen their understanding and experience the transformative power of Pranayama. You will learn about the Scientific and Yogic backgrounds to various breathing techniques.Through self-experience you´ll learn how to use your breath for sustainable health and mental stability. You´ll get to know the foundation of Pranayama and how the body-mind bridge can be used as a tool of awareness and directed physiological processes. This training prepares you for more advanced Pranayamas on your ongoing education.

In our 100 hours Pranayama Online Teacher Training you will learn everything from the 30 and 60hrs training and explore more advanced breathing techniques that require a steady breathing regimen and observing safety guidelines in your daily life. Your Teacher

As a MSc in Human Biology, Elli Ji has profound knowledge about endocrinology, physiology and the biochemical pathways of the brain and the body. Combining brain research, behavioural analysis and deep spiritual insight, she sensitively guides her students through their unique healing and learning process. Newest scientific findings and medical discoveries are implemented into the lectures for deeper understanding of the ancient wisdom on the scriptures.
Over years she learned about the effects of Yogic practices and walked the Yogic path. Living in traditional Ashrams in India and further studies in TCM and Ayurveda integrated into her life, practice and teachings. For over 10 years she has educated people from all over the world to become Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama teachers and guided them back to their health. Her goal is to help people to become more aware of their innate power, to heal on all layers and grasp their innate potential.

En el entrenamiento online de Pranayama, tendremos en cuenta tus antecedentes personales y nos centraremos en la práctica personalizada para determinadas condiciones y objetivos personales. Al principio, la práctica será la misma para todos los estudiantes de Yoga Science Academy, ya que estableceremos una línea de base para trabajar y eliminar los obstáculos comunes en la respiración. Sin embargo, sus observaciones y experiencias mostrarán muy rápidamente lo que debe tener en cuenta y enfatizar. Posteriormente, en el Pranayama Online Training Nivel II, tendremos valoraciones personales y determinaremos la práctica adecuada para cada uno de vosotros, para que podáis sacarle el máximo partido a este curso. Eso incluirá análisis ayurvédico, pautas de nutrición y la dosis perfecta de técnicas para cada individuo. A través de esta evaluación, profundizará su comprensión del poder de la ciencia yóguica de la respiración y cómo aplicarla con respeto a cada individuo.

Entrenamiento en línea de Pranayama - Horario
Nos reuniremos todos los fines de semana los sábados durante 3 horas. Cada vez se introducirá una nueva técnica. El trasfondo científico y espiritual será explicado y luego aplicado. Todas las sesiones serán grabadas y usted tendrá acceso a su videoteca personal, para que puedas verlo de nuevo o en otro momento. Puede escribir sus preguntas y observaciones en los comentarios y las cubriré en la próxima sesión o responderé de inmediato. Todos los miércoles nos reuniremos por la mañana para practicar juntos. Además, estas sesiones se graban y estarán disponibles para usted.

1. Who can join the Trainings?
Our education programs are for everyone who want to take their spiritual development top the next level and their health into their own hands. It´s for self-application as well as for teachers, trainers, Therapists and doctors who wish to integrate the benefits of Pranayama into their work-field.
2. I have physical issues, can I join?
Yes, there are no limitations for joining the Raining. We will have an assessment before the course start and our teacher will take your condition into account.
3. How old do I have to be to join?
When you´re 18years and older you can join the Training. If you are younger, you would need a written agreement of one of the parents.
4. I´m a senior, am I too old to join?
No, it doesn´t matter what the number on your ID is, you are always invited to learn and expand. Lifelong learning and thriving is Yogic living.
5. Can I pay in instalments also?
Yes, you can split the price into sections and pay monthly in instalments. For that option, please reach out via info@yogascience.online and let us know which package you are interested in.
6. I struggle with my mental state, is Pranayama the right path for me?
Despite mental struggle, you can join the course. We use Pranayam also to counter mental imbalances and start softly. So, everyone can be safe on their journey. Also, you can always reach out to your teacher and discuss the effects on you one-on-one.
7. I´m in a different time zone, can I join?
Yes, all lectures and guided practices will be recorded for you to watch at your convenient time. For personal feedback and question you can schedule a one-on-one meeting with your teacher for free.
8. Is this Training certified?
Our certificate is from the YogaScienceAcademy. We´re observing the highest standards regarding Scientific and Yogic background as well as safety guidelines in Yogic techniques
9. Will there be exams?
Yes, in the 50hrs Training we will have a few small tests for you be sure all your questions are answered and that you understood the principles of safe application of techniques. At the end of the Training, you will design your own Teaching sequence for a selected group and send in your Pranayama plan.
10. How much time do I have to invest?
The Training hours are the time of the live teaching. Your homework is to apply the teachings every day. You should invest at least 6-8hrs/week and establish a sound Sadhana to understand the power of the Yogic Pranayamas. What you actually do is up to you in the end. The more you practice, the deeper your understanding, the faster your personal growth into a teacher.
