Booking Terms & Conditions By completing your booking, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below. 1. Booking Rules Registration: Your spot is secured only after the full registration process has been completed. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm participation. Course Access: Access details for the online course platform will be shared once registration and payment are successfully completed. 2. Cancellation Policy Cancellations by Participants: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the course start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations by Organizer: If the course is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund. 3. Rescheduling Policy Organizer-Initiated Rescheduling: If we must reschedule a session, participants will be notified promptly. The session will be rearranged on a following date at the same time. 4. Liability Disclaimer The information and practices taught in this course are educational in nature and do not represent medical treatment or therapy. They cannot be used as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. All practices will be guided, but participants also rehearse and apply them independently. Participants are fully responsible for the correct application of the teachings. Yoga Science Academy cannot be held liable for any results, effects, or outcomes experienced during or after the training. While yogic practices can be powerful and transformative, we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Progress depends on many factors, including individual preconditions, consistency, nutrition, and lifestyle. Therefore, no responsibility is taken for the effects of the training. No liability will be accepted if participants fail to adhere to instructions or combine course practices with substances or additional techniques. We cannot supervise your daily lifestyle. All applications and resulting effects are your own responsibility. Participants cannot make any legal claims regarding the outcomes of the course. 5. General Terms Age Restriction: Participants must be 18 years or older, unless otherwise approved by the instructor. Non-Transferable: Bookings are non-transferable without prior approval. Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow course guidelines. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
