Que es Pranayama?

The practice is scheduled so that it intensifies over the course of 40 or 100hours.
Each live session will take about 180 minutes and includes lecture, short meditation, breathing exercise, guided relaxation and Yoga Nidra practice. The scientific background of the practices will be explained to provide a thorough understanding of the body-mind connection. In each class you have the chance to ask your personal questions and share your experiences with the others. Your personal situation will be taken into account, so that you can gain most of the experience. All sessions will be recorded and are available for you in your teaching library 24/7 to repeat and rehearse throughout the week. You can start with the self-mastery program and level up later or join the Teacher Training right away (17% OFF).



Yoga Nidra Self-Mastery Training - 40 Hrs
Being referred to as the Yogic Sleep, Yoga Nidra describes a holistic framework of resilience increasing practices that teach us the body-mind connection and lead us deeper into the hidden programming of life inside of us. In 40 hrs Self-Mastery Training you will learn how to relax the mind through the body, dive into your brain functions and physiological pathways, enhance healing and rejuvenation processes and allow our awareness to expand on the traditional path of fire and light. You will learn different techniques of Yoga Nidra and practice the deep relaxation and brainwave control.
With repetition you gain more control over your autonomic nervous system and learn how to balance stress as well as states of the mind.
After completion of Yoga Nidra Self-Mastery and training your mental skills, you can decide to level up with another 60hrs and become a certified Yoga Nidra Teacher.
What you will learn

In every session a new technique will be introduced, so that you can learn the different approaches and their specialized applications. We combine the scientific modern findings with the ancient teachings of the Yogis for holistic understanding and teaching. You will dive deep into relaxation and brainwave control and learn how to control your autonomic nervous system to balance stress as well as states of the mind. The guided practice will prolong over time to expand your insight into the power of the Yogic sleep.

Yoga Expert Teacher Training - 100 Hrs
In the Yoga Nidra Expert Teacher Training, we will expand on our practice and move deeper into the regulation of the astral body. Longer practices will be combined with Pranayama exercise for balanced brain function. To deepen the understanding of neuroscience and the spiritual aspects of the teachings our lectures will expand further into applications of trauma release and the origin of diseases. How to teach and to prepare your own course will be part of our Teacher Training program, while you already start to guide yourself into deeper states of the mind. In your exam you will design your own class and guide a session of Yoga Nidra.
What you will learn
In the Yoga Nidra Expert Teacher Training, you will have a pause after the first 40hrs to allow your practice to deepen and the knowledge to settle in in. After 3 weeks practice time you will proceed with 60 more hrs of training and step by step be guided into deeper states of mind. Guiding yourself and others are crucial teaching aspects and spiritual side-effects will be discussed as we explore the Science of Yoga Nidra as a physical and mental health application. Origins of diseases, trauma-manifestation and
-release will be part of our explorations. To support you on your inner journey, Pranayama and Meditation will be implemented.

Elli Ji
Human Biologist and Yoga Nidra Teacher
Your Teacher
As a MSc in Human Biology, Elli Ji has profound knowledge about endocrinology, physiology and the biochemical pathways of the brain and the body. Combining brain research, behavioural analysis and deep spiritual insight, she sensitively guides her students through their unique healing and learning process. Newest scientific findings and medical discoveries are implemented into the lectures for deeper understanding of the ancient wisdom on the scriptures.
Over years she learned about the effects of Yogic practices and walked the Yogic path. Living in traditional Ashrams in India and further studies in TCM and Ayurveda integrated into her life, practice and teachings. For over 12 years she has educated people from all over the world to become Yoga Nidra, Meditation and Pranayama teachers and guided them back to their health. Her goal is to help people to become more aware of their innate power, to heal on all layers and grasp their full potential.

Nos reuniremos todos los fines de semana los sábados durante 3 horas. Cada vez se introducirá una nueva técnica. El trasfondo científico y espiritual será explicado y luego aplicado. Todas las sesiones serán grabadas y usted tendrá acceso a su videoteca personal, para que puedas verlo de nuevo o en otro momento. Puede escribir sus preguntas y observaciones en los comentarios y las cubriré en la próxima sesión o responderé de inmediato. Todos los miércoles nos reuniremos por la mañana para practicar juntos.
