Yoga Nidra Masterclass - The Mind in the Body

How memories build our habitus and program our cells

Scars on the Psyche and on the body

Scars and wrinkles are natural phenomena, the past is displayed on our physique and every experience leaves a small trace. But constant tension, chronic illness and disharmonic features are not pure fate. We have the power to uncover the subconscious programs that shape our habitus, our emotions and our life choices and remove stored trauma from body and mind. Deep healing always encompasses the physical and the energetic layer alike. With ancient techniques like Yoga Nidra, we reach the layers of the subconsciousness to understand, learn and free restricting programs and find holistic health.
