Environmental toxins and their symptoms
Since the industrialization the world has been filled with new chemicals and substances to improve production, ensure longer durability, enhance taste and many more functions. Many of these products are strictly forbidden to come in contact with humans but end up in our food, water and medicine. We suffer from poison and often spend long time at doctors until we understand the underlying cause of multiple symptoms.

The amount of synthetic and harmful agents has increased tremendously over the last decades. The list of environmental toxins is getting longer and the effects of most substances are still unknown yet already entering our body on a daily basis. The most common poisons in our life are well known to cause multiple and long-term health issues. For some reason the harmful chemicals are not forbidden and the quantity in products increases instead. Why do environmental toxins cause multiple symptoms?
The chemicals, nanoparticles, microplastic etc. are known to cause multiple disruptive effects in the body. They influence the function of our glands, which leads to a disbalanced hormonal system. The effects are as various as the tasks of our hormones. From metabolism (digestion, blood sugar levels, insulin secretion etc.), heart function (blood pressure, cardiovascular system, inflammation, heart attacks etc.), sexuality (gonads, fertility, maturation, gender development) to the nervous system (HPA axis), pineal gland, sleep-wake cycle, memory, personality, emotions etc.), our whole self is involved. The symptoms can appear everywhere in the body and cause all sorts of mental and brain disorders. The CDC report from 2000 is already shocking, yet in the last 23 years a lot more chemicals have entered the market and our bodies. Don´t eat or drink processed foods or liquids and avoid artificial ingrediencies (fresh, organic food only, no sodas or soft drinks, no taste enhancers, sauces…)
