Pranayama (Ancient Breathwork) holds the most powerful tools to improve your mental and physical health. In the Pranayama Online Training Beginner (LEVEL I) you will focus on the scientific and spiritual basics of exercises. It will help you to strengthen the mind, meditate, get a better understanding of the workings of mind, body and interrelation with your emotional system. We slowly tap into the realm of the unconscious, our conditionings, belief system and programs. Gently we will uncover the hidden aspects of ourselves and release blocks and traumas. The Pranayama Online Course Beginner (Level I) will include lectures and physical practice to make sure you establish a firm foundation for further exploration. You can use the acquired know-how for your spiritual practice, your overall health or even include it in your teachings for your own patients and students. If you want to deepen your knowledge and practice, Pranayama Online Training Level II and Level III will be available for you as well.
PRANAYAMA ONLINE TRAINING BEGINNERS STRUCTURE
The Pranayama Online Trainings (Ancient Breathwork Training) offer you the flexibility to choose your desired depth of exploration into the sacred science of yogic breathing. In Pranayama Online Training Level I of the course, you will acquire fundamental and potent breathing exercises and techniques. These will establish a healthy and balanced breathing pattern, promoting physical well-being and mental resilience. By cleansing your Nadi system, the energetic channels of the Pranic body, you will remove environmental toxins and dissolve mental blocks. Proper application of the techniques is crucial, as it enhances your mental faculties and increases the flow of Prana, the life force, thereby boosting your vitality. Upon completing Pranayama Online Training Level I, you can continue with your personal practice until you feel ready to progress to the next stage. In the Pranayama Online Trainings, we will consider your individual background and concentrate on tailored practices that address specific conditions and personal objectives. Initially, the practice will be uniform for everyone, allowing us to establish a baseline and address common obstacles related to the breath. As we progress, personalized assessments will be conducted to determine the most suitable practices for each participant.
ABOUT YOUR TEACHER
Elli Ji, Human Biologist and compassionate founder of the Yoga Science Academy, has dedicated over 10 years to guiding Pranayama courses and possesses extensive experience in teaching and diagnosing individuals. With a Master's degree in Human Biology, a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification, and additional education in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Hypnosis, Reiki, as well as immersion in Yoga Nidra and Pranayama, Elli Ji comprehends the physiological, neuronal, and hormonal pathways, as well as the profound effects of yogic practices on holistic health. She possesses expertise in both Western science and Eastern spirituality, meticulously explaining the neurological and physiological impacts of yogic techniques. Through purposeful application of ancient spiritual techniques, she has successfully overcome various so-called chronic diseases, and she has also helped numerous others rediscover balance and natural health. PRANAYAMA INDIVIDUAL PRACTICE AND EXCHANGE
In Pranayama (Ancient Breathwork) you find many different techniques and breathing exercises. “Which one is the right for me?” is as an important question as asking for the right medication. You can use Pranayama techniques to address certain mental or physical issues and have to take our own constitution and circumstances into account. Jumping on advanced techniques without understanding the purpose can cause unwished results and even harm people. So, as powerful as it is, Pranayama should be applied with caution and understanding. As individuals, we are perpetual students and also teachers to others, as the journey of learning and understanding is never-ending. In this course, we foster a continuous learning environment where we learn from and with each other, steadily preparing ourselves to lead our own Pranayama groups. I urge you to seize the opportunity to ask any questions you may have, whether it pertains to addressing a personal condition or providing advice to a friend. While we all possess unique characteristics, at our core, we share common ground. By studying others' conditions and reactions, we can gain valuable insights about ourselves. PRANAYAMA ONLINE TRAINING - SCHEDULE
We will meet every weekend on Saturday and Sunday for 3,5 hours. Every time a new technique will be introduced. The scientific and spiritual background will be explained and then applied. All sessions will be recorded and you will have access to your personal video library, so you can watch again or at another time. You can write your questions and observations into the comments and I will cover them in the next session or reply right away. Every Wednesday we will meet in the morning to practice together. Also, these sessions are recorded and will be available for you.
